Moderately sized poker room. Tables have built in USB charging ports. Self serve soft drinks and coffee in the room, and fairly attentive wait staff. Dealers appear to be experienced, despite it being a new room. Dealers keep their own tips.
Chips are sold at the same desk as where table sign up is managed. This results in some congestion, but does not appear to be slowing down service, even during busy times. The Floor is well staffed, and knowledgeable. Floor personnel also serve as chip runners.

Glad they finally added a poker room to their casino. The staff is knowledgeable and work hard to make it go. The tables have all the bells and whistles including USB ports to charge your devices. The players chairs are comfortable and after six hours I was still good! There are side tables for your drinks and food but the above is wrong. You can NOT order food in the room but it’s a short walk to the Sandhill Cafe ( open 24/7) where they have it all coupled with a restroom on the way there make it OK. The rake is $5 along with a $1 comp/hr versus the $6 charity room rakes in Grand Rapids with no shufflers, cheap tables and hard cafeteria chairs a no brainer. Saw a lot of the GR players at the Gun. Now, to make it complete, tournaments will make it a go to room but with only 14 tables it will limited but OK. I will be going back!
